Falling Asleep, Staying Asleep Workshop

Learn What to Do When Your Mind Won’t Shut Off

Fall Asleep Easily.

Stay Asleep Naturally.

Wake Up Refreshed.

You've tried everything to get better sleep.

So why are you still staring at the ceiling at night?

Traditional sleep advice only creates the conditions for good sleep. But if you’ve tried the standard recommendations—dark room, no screens, regular schedule—and still struggle, you’re not alone.

The missing piece?

Guidance on what to do (other than scrolling your phone) when you’re:

Trying to quiet your busy mind at bedtime

Wide awake at 3 AM with thoughts that won't stop

Wish you knew exactly what to do when you're lying awake at night?

Like many mission-driven professionals, I know what it’s like to lay awake at night, getting stirred up by nighttime thoughts. And as a psychotherapist, I was familiar with traditional sleep advice, yet still found myself lying awake at night.

I knew this wasn’t good for my physical or mental health, so I dove into the sleep research. By integrating proven approaches from sleep science and insomnia interventions (CBT-I and ACT), with contemplative practices, I developed a method that works consistently, for even the most analytical minds.

Now I not only sleep soundly myself, but I’m determined to help you transform your relationship with stress and sleep so that you have the energy to fully engage in what matters most.

Here's What I Share in the Workshop:

  • How to quiet your racing mind when you’re lying awake in bed.
  • What to do at 3 AM when you wake up and can’t get back to sleep.
  • Quick ways to adapt these techniques to your personal thought patterns and sleep challenges.

What Makes This Approach Different:

Unlike generic sleep tips, this workshop combines evidence-based approaches and contemplative practices to address your specific challenges as an analytical thinker.

You’ll be able to tailor these techniques for your needs so you can implement them that very night and begin changing your relationship with sleep.
