Meet your guide
Hi, my name is Michelle, and I love teaching people how to care for their emotional well-being and heal from anxiety.
As a therapist, I realized early on that many clients would not benefit from traditional talk therapy. They were worrying all the time and struggling with self-doubt. It was holding them back in their relationships and careers, and increasing isolation and loneliness.
Determined to help my clients get unstuck, I developed innovative mind-body methods that I had been using in my own life. And when I saw how beneficial the practices were to people of diverse backgrounds and cultures, I set out to conduct extensive research and worked with public health agencies and universities to validate my holistic wellness approach.
My clients began to heal as they learned to implement these new skills. Negative thoughts no longer took over, self-confidence was restored, and they became excited to pursue their career, relationship, and personal dreams. Knowing this was possible, I could no longer watch people struggling to access quality mental health resources.
That’s why I created a framework and psycho-educational programming to teach these same proven methods and save you the frustration of trying to figure this out yourself.
