Hi, I’m Michelle Walsh (she/her)

For many of us, it is difficult to reach out for support even though all of us need to at different points in our lives.

You don’t have to figure this out on your own. Emotions have valuable information for us, and rather than being overwhelmed or afraid of them, I’ll help you learn from them so they no longer control your life.

I specialize in bridging the science of well-being and the wisdom of contemplative traditions to empower you with effective tools and strategies that can reduce your stress and anxiety.

As a therapist and educator, I will teach you how to calm your mind, take action to go after what is most important to you, and heal your heart to restore a sense of clarity, excitement, and joy in daily living.
